Cannot believe Graham & Brown use this tutorial video, socket cutting is awful, I always use a pencil and whilst socket is still fixed to the wall, let the paper hang over the top, then mark 8-10 mm inside the edge of the socket, cut out the square, then loosen the socket from wall and then carefully pull through the cut hole and level/tighten the socket, finish with a quick wipe with a slightly damp warm sponge to remove paste.! Please update your tutorial guys, I am embarrassed for you..

You should know you can’t paper round a corner, they never square, you give people the wrong idea. Seen your paper in B&Q, best place for it.

It's always best to switch the power off when hanging paper behind sockets and switches. Also, take care when cutting out (see under socket on video!) around sockets, etc.
