The last police officer tried to tell him, "Welp... we can do this 2 ways," after talking to their superior. They knew they had messed up and tried to act like he'd be in more trouble if he told the army people. He figured, oh... if I give him 2 options, I know he'll take option number 1 cause he's not going to want to get into troubleeee... (smh) Then how did Officer Joe get fired... and they were charged with four things they had done against the soldier...... but the jury gone side with the officers and the soldier was only awarded $4,000 for all he had gone through that night... I wonder how would the jury that sided with the officers have felt if this situation was done to them???

FBI or not thats not how you respond back. I wouldnt be surprised if the FBI agent got reprimanded for how he acted. I wouldnt be surprised if the cops got reprimanded either of course.

The cops actually were very nice- considering the guy fit the description of a suspect they were seeking- and he had no ID. Are the cops just supposed to take his word? If a dispatcher sends a BOLA for a 6 foot , bald white man, wearing red shirt and blue jeans....then that's all the info the cops have to go on.... try putting yourself in a cops shoes sometimes. What is the suspect just raped a child? Would you not want the cops to do their very best to rule out a person fitting the description?
