where can I download the twixtor effect?

I can't add fonts ever since. I go to folder and select font but nothing happens afterwards. I'm using android phone and tablet. With the PC it is fine but I don't need it on the website, I need it with my phone and tab.

is twixtor included with premiere pro?

why when i place the twitor pro effect on the clip, an orange x appear at the middle of the video?

What if I dony have a "picsart" folder in my files that was automatically created? 🤔 idk why I'm Not seeing any picsart folder in my phones Internal Storage, or anywhere in my files at all, Because I have downloaded multiple fonts to try and get it working and i have extracted them too, but im still not seeing a picsart folder anywhere in my files that i can move my mewly downloaded fonts into .. 🤔😫 ive extracted the files and everything!!! 😡😭🥱 ughhh HELP
