Thank you for this great video. Never thought I’d find myself commenting on an insect topic 🤓😂 🦗 🐞 but this is really helpful for identifying critters in the garden. Good closeups and samples. Didn’t realize larvae 🐛 can also be beneficial, 😂 but it makes sense.

I am just broken hearted that my huge grapevine has black rot this year. It is loaded with grapes but they are all drying up to hard black pits. I don't know anything about growing grapes but I am learning the hard way. I will have no grapes this year. Tennessee Zone 7b.

Glad to hear about the staking. I always thought the tree needed to be able to move in the wind to help build up it's strength. Thanks for confirming that. Also an "R" in the month is very helpful and easy to remember. But what is the purpose of making the hole twice as big if your not going to add amended soil? Is it just to help break up the soil and get some air down in there to make the soil easier for the roots to go out into? Thanks 👍

Lady, it's suppose to "look a little dry!" Just stick to your French cuisine and if you or any of your viewers wants authentic gallo pinto, let them take a cheap travel and even cheaper consumption of the dish.

This is definitely interesting, being that I have not yet explored the channel further, so I may revisit my comment/initial impression as I actually feel this is great that this crew is studying and scientifically documenting the data, there are way too many KZfaq video posts that foreshadow this one, those other videos lack comparative data and instead are mostly opinionated points, some valid but climate dependent, etc, so there definitely needs to be more attention drawn to the work being done here (and Im seeing this 14 years after its posting!) 🤯

I would love to apply to the Yard by Yard program. I started gardening 2022 after the pandemic when things started coming back to the garden centers. I was able to go to the Oklahoma City Will Rodgers Garden Class on Earth Day and found your channel to follow through out the year. I think I might be able to qualify this year. Thank so much for all the info because my small urban garden in OKC has become my heaven on earth. 🙂
