In some situations privatisation has no issue Most of the railways in major Japanese cities are private But rural railways basically can’t survive nowadays without funding

I've never seen this game before, but the tile artwork looks just like Roller Coaster Tycoon. Is this made by the same devs or some kind of project built off that engine by fans? Seems neat!

Yes both of those games are made by same person - Chris Sawyer. But Transport Tycoon was made before Roller Coaster 2. Now we have OpenTTD which is open version for Transport Tycoon Deluxe and theres a huge mod base for this game, so most of those tiles used in video is from mods, but this also makes me feel like as if it were Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 But most simillar game to RCT 2 is Locomotion. It use same engine as Roller Coaster
