Guys it's one of those problems 1-replace battery bios even.if you think it has some voltage left. It's not enough for the bios 2- get all rams out and clean them using an eraser. But be careful. Also clean the ram slots. But carefully. Then plug one ram and turn it on. If it works add the other. If it stops working then that specific ram is broken 3- check all the cables and re attach them 4- buy a new ram or test with a working ram

I bought a Nox Urano II 630w atx power supply, but it never turns off, with the fan always running without being connected to any motherboard, I think the green Power On wire is short circuited with the black wires? How can I solve this problem ?

in my case, my pc keeps on restarting at exactly 10 pm once the time becomes 10 pm it will automatically restart everyday at 10 pm. how doni fix that?

Hi, i have an amd 9590fx, in an asus msa99 fax pro r 2.0, i had removed the fan because the pc seemed to be overheating with some apps so i wanted to put a liquidcooler in, the coller i bought from ebay was missing clips so i wanted to put my giant heatsink and fan back on my cpu, thats the only thing i touched, and when i took the motherboard out to swap the fan. Whats happening now was that the pc wouldnt post, no picture, and would switch off after a few minutes, so i checked the ram by switching slots all the usual, i also reset and put new paste on the cpu, and pressed the directkey button on the motherboard which got me into the bios, i couldn't find any issues in the bios, but now the pc goes on, i get the post screen for a few seconds, sometimes 20 seconds sometimes 3, and thats all it will do now, i just want to use my pc till i can afford to buy a better cooler and avoid heavy apps. Could you help me please?

so at first I changed thermal paste (GD900-BR7) put the cooler fan in place it had this problem after putting the tiny battery in and out it doesn't even try to start anymore

removing and changing slots of the ram worked

Another reason could be - your psu switch is off, confused? , it’s been a while I used my PC and confused with OFF symbol ‘o’ for ON symbol ‘I’ and everytime I clicked the power switch on CPU it starts the rear fan and cpu fan and immediately stops which made me think the psu switch is actually ON when it actually is OFF

Just love how everyone is commending a 7 year old video and saying that f**king with CMOS battery solved their issue, and here I am, crying in silence, after getting a new CMOS battery, cleaning my RAMs multiple times and even getting a full cleaning done and my issue still persists.

FOR ANYONE I didn't turn on my pic for like half a year. I shut it down, take the component off and never look back. Then im back, and curious if its still turning on. It did not. It turn on and off for like an hour. The monitor is not even showing display. All i did is take both ram off, clean it up and put it back in. I do this 3 times. The first two alongside the graphic cards. The last one where i put my focus on the ram. I take it off. Really clean it, with brush and eraser. Then i really put it on. Don't be afraid to push it, i made sure i did. And voila, its on now. I didn't really do anything with it i literally commented after i done it. Will keep you updated
