Dear Dave, awesome Conrail Geep! Pity you had to have it repaired. Seems the reparation significantly improved the loco’s performance. The ‘Running ‘m light’ series truly is a great way to show this equipment. In all respects I humbly think this series stands out amongst so many review content. First of all because it isn’t a true review, secondly because with this kind of footage you are kind of visually ‘breaking in’ the equipment on your layout. That to me gives this series so much more purpose. Love the Conrail paint scheme and the way this Geep is looking. Very much interested in how you will weather this equipment in the future! Cheerio

Dear Dave, very interesting paint job! Love the way you added the seams on the furnaces/stoves. Considering the way you chose the truss bridge colors, I humbly think your style of tying in the smaller and bigger details with the coloring truly makes a difference. As you said, it may not be completely accurate prototype wise. But as you so clearly put, what does that aspect add to the ‘vista’ when it conceals the details and furthermore affects the illusion of depth? Exactly the emphasis of colors will either blend the way the model is situated/located in its surroundings, or it can underscore either its ‘importance,’ or its significance to the scene. Especially when we’re talking field of depth perception. Very curious for your ongoing process on this project! Looking forward to seeing your next episodes. Cheerio

Hey Dave, what a beautiful layout! It's even more impressive knowing how young you are, and that you're accomplishing it yourself. Great job! I love the weathering of the trains, structures, and bridges as well as the general flow of the scenes. Looks very natural. My favorite thing is how the mountain and the backdrop blend seamlessly together. I also appreciate how the crossing gates come down and go up at the correct speed and that they activate in the proper timing when the train passes. Many layouts have the gates come down way too fast at the last second, and then they go up too quickly immediately after the train's gone by. Your narration is perfect - not too much talking, just enough to thoroughly explain everything. Next time you make a new video, let's see a passenger train in action. They're my favorites! Best of luck in your KZfaq venture. Perseverance is the key. Just keep putting out quality content on a regular basis, and your followers will come. I'm looking forward to your next video, and binge-watching the previous ones. God Bless You, my friend.

Dear Dave, awesome footage. Love the weathering! Beautiful how this model of the J1A is looking. Especially where the cab seems to sit a tiny bit lower than the boiler, so that kind of ‘slanted’ look of the true to scale engine is accurately represented. Great pics from and around the new bridge piers. Cheerio

Dear Dave, absolutely awesome how you’ve transformed the bridges! Love the moss color on the bridges and how this color enhances the field of depth, from the scenic vignette of the bridge scene itself, its direct surrounding area and the way the bridge scene ties together the different landscapes, both in the front, close by and further away into the distance, all the way towards the backdrop. Beautiful how you did the maintenance walkway, the PRR bridge railings and the 1/8” wooden beam along the track with the nuts and bolts detail. Great to follow, watch and see this entire bridge project come to life as you’ve shown us. Such a beautiful and great example of showing the entire process from ideas, to gathered elements before mounting, the different tweaks underway, effects after mounting, color choices, details and so forth. Definitely appreciate all the creativity, dedication and enthusiasm you’ve put into this project, both from the modeling as the footage side. Just a big thanks to you for all of this excellent and amazing content. Cheerio
