The money spent on producing this video is another example of how public money is spent without much value. How about just making the people who are guilty of wasting money face publicity and consequences? How have these changes worked out so far? See the recent Defence Committee Report on procurement failures.

I would say this took an intern 30 minutes to do based upon our equivalent edutainment communications videos. Got the message across to me. and is a good summary of the documentation I have read in the proposed bill. I agree with you. Public money is wasted - sometimes in terrifying quantities and sometimes with useles delivery. However, this is not an example. Sign up for Doodly or Animaker and try building a message into a short video for yourself. If it was a bright intern, then probably and AI did it for them instantly seconds for free!
