Trans was junk, just went into limp mode to many times and kept slipping, rebuilt with some billet parts and a triple disc converter. If I remember correctly, was some time ago!

Diesel does not gel up at 20 F. People will tell you I'm crazy but I have been drilling in 20 to 65 below for over 30 years so I would know. Put a 1/4 qt. of train fluid in the fuel tank and slosh it a bit and do this about every second to third tank. What that does is it cleans your injectors up and they will spray better. Some of my engines are worth 40-50 grand. Trani fluid is a solvent, not oil. It evens breaks up some carbon on your rings. Mechanics still wearing company hats will tell you this is wrong. How come I get 11-12,000 hrs out of an engine that is only good for 8-9. I'm 70 and know what I'm talking about. One more thing. A little shot of either won't hurt the motor a dam bit. You only need a small squirt. Sounds like a weak fuel pump. 6:17 When I came back from you stalling out. What do you think we use here??? It's -30 to -50 for 2 or 3 months of the year. Desiel will not gel up at tea shirt temps like just below freezing. Good luck kids.

Well we found a bolt laying in the trans pan when we changed the fluids, somebody messed up assembling at the factory/dealer. Polaris said it’s some kinda of retaining clip bolt and that it wasn’t a big deal. They offered warranty if it has issues. Haven’t had any issues yet. Just glad it didn’t throw it around in there. The sportsman’s led cluster readout has a tendency to go bad, along with the key switch as I’ve learned from the amazing people in the comments!! Other than that just keep up on them (fluid changes, grease, wash it, etc.) I always recommend washing anything within 12-24hr after you get it really dirty.

Also depending on where you’re riding, red and heavy mud/dirt can stain and start rust on anything. West Virginia dirt will surface rust the exhaust fast!! Dosent affect anything or rust to the point of replacing it, it just looks horrible! 😂

Hey bud, talking about the screen flickering...I thought I had an issue but always had my hand on the key if you barely move the key it flickers since it from acc to start it actually turns off in between. Turn key on acc like you did then barely turn the key to right like your going to start but dont start and it will turn off but back on ;)

Great Job with the video. I have been in the fuel and additive business over 30 years and have written for several magazines on fuel. We have a really different look at proper care of your fuel systems and work with school buses in many states keeping kids safe and in school. Emergency products just are not acceptable for them. Check our our brand new fuelguys channel and I think it would be very helpful in understanding some of these complex and ever changing issues in the fuel industry. This video on diesel is the most frequently asked and misunderstood is When to Blend. Check it out. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g76Wi6qYvdOyfaM.html LIke and subscribe for all our new videos and newsletter. Thanks, The Fuel Guy Himself.

ItsCatfishBro it rides pretty nice and has a good amount of power, just has less storage and utility aspects of the sportsman. Main thing we don’t like about the scrambler would be the fenders, they just don’t stop enough dirt and debris. 9/10 times you’ll be as dirty as the four wheeler
