I don't think the chicken is cooked its raw. The chicken got salmonella that kill people.

ooking for 45 minutes, isn't that too long? I have watched some other "sweet Potatoes soup"youtubes and the cooking time is 12, 15 minutes. So was there a mistake with 45 minutes? Thank you for your answer,
