Imagine Vitiate would return using old sith rituals somewhere between episode 6 and 7. Now that would be something. Shattered empire, weak new republic, few Jedi left. Vitiate could manipulate the world in shadows. Weakening and corrupting others and then openly engage, bringing back the old sith ways with his goal to reestablish Eternal empire. Now that would be a trilogy better than those shitty episodes 7-9 presented.

Well at least there's one thing vitiate did manage to do over Palpatine and that is surviving even after death without having to rely on clones at least he manage to achieve to escape Death even as a spirit he is a threat able to harm someone physically without having to physically touch them that is one thing I can respect him achieving over The modern Sith Lord

This is utterly incoherent. Both Sidious and Tenebrae, like every other Sith Spirit in the mythos, were dependent on a bodily/material existence to exist long term. They are both exceptional cases in that, unlike every other Spirit, they can still fight and effect the world to some degree with their own power even after bodily death, and aren't dependant on nexi to survive, but they both do inevitably need bodies nevertheless. Neither can exist as Spirits indefinitely without extenuating circumstances.
