I used to do natural bodybuilding and loved it. Got sucked into the powerlifting and minimalist barbell training hype and got injured. I’ve been recovering with kettlebells, so I love kettlebells. However, my Shoulderök has quickly become my favorite implement to train with. My poor kettlebell is getting dusty, and my disassembled squat rack has grown roots in the shed corner. 😂 I’m probably going to buy an Adex club next! Swing implements are so fun and addictive!

I have had it for almost a year but ran into a few hiccups getting into a routine Question- (I'm older 50+) At basic weight first time starter on arc what routines/sets/reps should I do to get to intermediate and how many times a week. Any plans for EU distribution? The Eryx adjustable club is just shipped and was very successful despite almost all feedback being that the Adex is better. Just not economically viable to buy from you in europe at the moment

Hey thanks for the tip! I loved how you flipped it. I did it with the weight on top and ended up having bad shoulder pain lmao wasn’t sure how to do it at all. Flipped it and now had more control. You think if I work my way up and Keep doing more reps til I get strong enough to do swing it while the weight on top?

Hey brother, I sent 2 emails and tried to call (could not leave a message). I ordered a fat handle arc kit and received a club kit - order #3073. I was hoping we could work out a way that I can get that fat handle arc.

It is not boring. Club training is like tai chi and ballet rolled into one. It is the fluidity of martial arts with weights adding leverage to our bodies. Consider how strong you’ll feel when each incremental increase in weight is absorbed because you’ve become so strong. Don’t sleep on club, arc and mace training.

How tall are you, or more importantly how close are your hands to the ground when you stand with your arms hanging? If I can’t swing it over my feet it might be better to get the club set and the mace handle for shield casts.

I recently got the Wildman adjustable club and am loving it. The quality of the product shines through. However, I'm really surprised that Adex don't sell two items which I find essential: the spacers (fantastic addition - really change the feel when you're starting off with low weights) and a simple rubber cap which protects hard floors when you set the club down - sold as a protective 'silicone boot for 12-24 oz water bottles' from Amazon which is a perfect fit over the base of the club and would cost peanuts for them to include or sell as an upgrade.
