Your nutritional and fitness advices are the most mundance, that have been around forever. Gary may not be the most honest guy, but on his worst day he knows way more about health and medicine than you do!

Day 1 in the books! 270 push-ups. Can’t wait to see how far I can take this. The most I’ve ever done in one sitting was in the 40’s. Hard to imagine doing 100 nonstop push-ups but I’m up for the challenge Dolce let’s go!!

For me the elliptical is even lower stress. I keep my heart rate between 130 and gradually increasing to 145-150. It's really hard to NOT push further, but it's more about the time than it is about the intenisity!

honestly in my experience, i was on anti depressant medication for a bunch of years. during that time i was unable to function properly, was getting sick often, and unable to work. after having enough, i stopped taking them completely. within 6 mos, i felt better and was working again. stopping those medications was the best thing i ever did for myself.

I was able to start off with one set of 100 a couple weeks ago when you first made this video. Now doing 110 in a row. I could probably do more but do liss right after so I don’t want my legs to be jelly. Also I was doing one set of 50 pushups right after the squats, now doing 70 pushups non stop…I feel great! My goal in a couple months is one set of 200 squats and one set of 100 pushups non stop. Thanks Mike, you da man.

Those oils are trash. Very inflammatory. Only one that is good is coconut oil. Those other are highly processed and treated with bleach.

the carnivore diet saved my life. 12 conditions i had have all gone. iam 59 in better health now than i have ever been. the scientist havnt a clue, by the time they sort it all out most of use will be dead, so science on food is crap. and doctors also havnt a clue. ide be dead now i i listened to them. so no more doctors and no more science. nature is the way and common sense.

Great Question & its hard, but definitely try everything Dolce says. I got nothing left but visceral fat was (245) lbs im 6' 2" now (210) 6'2" not shrinking on height yet 😅 Still good amount of muscle just lost a lot of size though-thats the hard part! Everyone says how great i look, but i want more! Like Dolce said its a "life style" been fasting 12hrs w/ LISS. In gym 5 days a week & only been "all in" approximately 5 months now ^ My diet is on point thanks to Coach Mike. Was wearing 36 waist bathing suits now 30 inch fit good! Listen to this man he knows exactly what he's talking about! Keep it up & or start immediately "life changing" good luck everyone💪🏼🙌🏻💪🏼

I agree this is the best and sustaining way. The fastest way on the other hand is dry fasting for 2 days lost 1 kg of fat. Lost 2 kg gained 1 kg back (water). Your body starts to recycle fat cells for water just like camels do in the desert.

Took me 6 days to get my first 100 unbroken squats dolce 👊 did exactly what you said in progression and each day I noticed it got easier and I can get even lower. What's next step brother should I be trying to beat a time add more reps ? Or transition into your 100 push ups ? I want to accomplish your strength standard

I have a daughter, too and I got certified in your method of coaching nutrition so that's been INCREDIBLY helpful in teaching nutrition and I believe in TEACHING and allowing choices, my daughter's quite a bit older than your girls, 16. Human beings eventually want autonomy, so you have to empower them with enough information to eventually make their own good choices. Her father is a fat beer gut guy that buys fast food and dairy queen for her every weekend-and he LOVES going against mean old veggie pushing me.
