Not good, and i like Sebadoh. What a terrible cover, it doesn't even sound remotely close in spirit or musically to Drakes masterpiece.

Wow ! Literally just listened to this demo of one of my very favourite Nick songs for the first time, it stopped me in my tracks and once again, reinforced what a fragile genius he was. We love you Nick ❤️

I remember exactly back when Evan cut his hair. I had so much faith he was going to surprise me and fire up a record like the old punker stuff. It wasn't to be the case. He played in D.C. the next day after this and someone asked him why he cut his hair and he just said "Because I don't want to be Evan Dando anymore."

Whoa man I’ve never heard this version, I’m struck with the same sadness as the first time I heard it last summer at 4 in the morning after the fire works, just sitting all alone in the kitchen with 1 light on just hearing the trials of the people there. Really makes you feel like the parasite

I like to see everyone’s comments. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone as to being effected by Nick Drakes music. It’s really quite extraordinary. His ability to touch your soul.

Listen to his recording with 1.1 speed. You can do it in the speed option with the button on top. I think that was the original speed, but I could be wrong.

This is Radiohead, this is Post-rock this is so much ahead of it's time. Nick was a genius, he was a loser in the game of the music industry at his time, and a genius nontheless.

To me this is the original one. I like the ruined-demo effect, but more than that I love the way his fingers made the strings sound: thin and fragile.
