I just did a set of springs for the first time in a long time. It's amazing how much of my body is sore. All of my legs, but also my back and sides and even my chest and neck! I'm definitely gonna try to start sprinting regularly.

Great exercise, but your advice to rotate the knee out concerns me as the knee is designed to flex only not rotate.

Some good tips but I got one critique and that was knee drive queue on the switch drill. When teaching athletes good technique with the switch drill, you actually want to queue them to drive the leg down to actually feel active tension into the ground so they know how it feels to push off the ground. Queuing the knee to only go up takes away that drive power. Ass you strike the leg down with proper power, the knee automatically comes up as high as it should be. Knee drive drills like A skips and high knees are better when queuing high knees. Keep up the good work coach.
