Now remember, and please think about this, ANYTHING you do, receive, accomplish, win, in this world, is utterly worthless in Gods eyes, and there are rewards to receive in heaven that will far surpass anything you can do in this lifetime.

This was one of the best throwing videos I’ve watched where the mechanics and feel of the form was tangible. I’m so excited to put these tips to use later this week!

Wow, great toss. Interesting pump in that throw. Looks like a good way to reliably time the swing.

I've played there once! Beautiful course on San Juan Island. I definitely remember that hole, searching for my green disc in a bush. That's a sick shot 🤘

I knew this... right up to starting my round today in a howling gale... Then I tried to get a few that I really should have laid up... SIGH!.... MY TIP.... In CROSS-WIND... Put your back to the wind.. Throw an under stable disc. (This also applies for putting.. My Proxy flies straight in crosswind (except with my horrible sidearm). If you throw an over stable disc in a cross-wind... with your back to the wind, the down wind edge drops, exposes the underneath and disc go bye bye. If you throw an over stable disc in a cross-wind... with the wind in your face, the up wind edge drops, exposing the top of the disc and the disc hits the ground. Use the right (ok go experiment) flippy disc with your back to the wind, may even need a light hyzer... the disc turns into the wind sits flat, and fights the wind until it fades out, and often just drops in the fade.. (I guess don't choose a flippy disc with a large fade (like a -2, 3)... My Diamond thrown backhand to the right with the wind behind me, on a slight hyzer is my go-to on an uphill upshot on my local.

I was throwing frisbee's in 77... took over 40 years for me to take up Disc Golf... I'm sure it wouldn't have interfered with Trail riding and MTB Downhill... Still... I've got Disc Golf now... and fit snuggly in with my average Joe Pars... (Actually Playing Par is great for me.. I can push someone better than me, I can tow someone close behind.. Or I and muck up a few and push someone having a bad day... No pressure of staying on top..) (I can remember clambering up a drain pipe onto my Primary school roof to get my frisbee back I lost at 'Play Time'... May give that a miss.. though I do still find myself 10ft up a tree fetching discs at 55... Never too old to learn (that I shouldn't have climbed That one.)...

Love your content but one of my biggest pet peeves is when people say "heighth" instead of "height". But you did pronounced "heights" correctly so I'm befuddled...

I’m happy for you Scott- it’s been a good run over the last couple of years. When I first found you here, you were camped in the desert, with your shorts tied together with a rope “Jethro Belt.” A fine 2nd act, in an already remarkable story. Congratulations, brother!

OK, sure, you could leave the sport and it would just march on without missing a beat. But that's true for anyone in the sport. I don't care how big the name is, if he or she left the sport, the sport would continue on. HOWEVER, the sport is so much richer because you're in it! You're a humble man, Scott, so someone had to say it, so I did. Congratulations again!
