Hi Megan!! Love your videos ❤. Was going to add that I use to have shin issue too, and would use sports tape. Which helped me. Maybe it’ll be worth looking into to adding on the list you mentioned to alleviate the shin splints

I'm starting week 3 on Sunday and I noticed the lower back pain as well. Something I have noticed is that week 1 I injected on the right stomach area and the right lower back hurt for a week. Week 2 I injected in on the left and the lower back pain went to the left side of the lower back. Doctor says it's not a side effect that they recorded in their trials but I've definitely seeing the connection. I'm not losing so far. Hoping this is just my body needing more time to react. I'd be interested to know if others have experienced this in the 1st few weeks and when they they started losing weight

Just to note I made sure that starting with my Rx of MJ 2.5 mg I made my doctor also prescribed me a Rx for nausea (Ondansetron 8mg for me) and I am not a doctor I am only sharing what I am doing so for constipation I keep senna s on hand but some people like colace. I hope this helps with information to discuss with your doctor.
