saw this since i had the same issue. Did find the correct part ( WALBRO FUEL PUMP F20000303G3 ) Figured it's been a while since this video was created and that someone might sell one by now. Part fit perfect but is louder that the original, hope that's not a problem. Also had to replace the fuse and clean the injector in order for it to run but it was definitely a bad pump as well. Quantum Fuel Systems had this part, did not see it on amazon or ebay though. Thanks for the video, gotta love youtube.

Is this the older three belt system or the newer 3 belts? If it's the three belt system, can you please tell me the size of the PTO belt?

Yes I'm looking for lengths on a 3 belt model. Did you find anything?
@TheDbrewer31Ай бұрын
@weswidrig1745 the 2 going to the blade pulleys are 5/8 x 48 inch. The PTO belt is either a 5/8 x 46 or 45. I'm not sure yet on that one. I ordered both sizes and I'm waiting on them to come in the mail. I'll try and remember to get back on here to let you know.
@TheDbrewer31Ай бұрын
@weswidrig1745 I just got the 5/8 x 46 inch belt and it appears that it will work. The 45 inch belt should be here tomorrow so, I'll update again of need be.
@TheDbrewer31Ай бұрын
@weswidrig1745 it's the 5/8 x 46 inch belt for the PTO.

So i have this truck and the other thing that's not the fuel pump sticking up on the top side of the tank but on the back what is that? how do i replace it? it has a hose that goes to the evap system .
@craigd1275Ай бұрын
Before putting the new pump back in the tank, you should turn on the ignition key for a second or two to make sure the pump works.
@joshbowles669Ай бұрын
Can you give me link where you got the parts please ?
That's excellent. I have a utility trailer with some rusted cross members. Do you think this would work for them too? Just thru bolt an angle iron over the cross member?

great build & video, but what about turning? what’s the 5 year update? be honest
@BigRedFishDad2 ай бұрын
We used it to haul the little black car once and the 88 bronco 2.5 hours away to the coast several times with no issues. If you’re reading all the “expert” opinions about turning just be sure to unlock the steering and will be fine. As for update all the kids are gone now so we have less cars and issues so it was just sitting in the yard taking up space so my son converted it to haul a 200 gallon gas tank.

Is there some reason with a dado blade you would be pulling the blade through the workpiece? Seems to me that would cause kickback kickback and possibly even dangerous. I started the best to push the blade away from me. Maybe it's just me✌️

Just happened after 270,000 miles in the wife's jeep. Factory pistons, I was told this happens, and I was rough on the throttle. It did not let go on acceleration, just on start up.

I like the setup! But how does an air hose over the mechanical pump opening, make the new pump work??? I have a 1973 JD 110, that I'd like to convert to your setup!
@BigRedFishDad3 ай бұрын
because the new pump is pulse operated rather that the original one that was lever or mechanical.
@richconrad45543 ай бұрын
@BigRedFishDad maybe i don't understand pulse? I was thinking there was a positive or begative pressure, to move the fuel. Covering a hole that movdled a lever, i don't understand how that works....
@BigRedFishDad3 ай бұрын
@@richconrad4554 many small engines use that type its a “pulse” of air released from the stroke happens to come out that same hole. Look up pulse fuel pump operation and can read more about exact functions.

I actually have a similar problem woth something im trying to do. Bought a dual fuel champion generator and with the regulators on the hose going to the generator combined with the regulator on my home propane tank, its not enough volume to keep it running. The problem is its a slecial regulator that only allows propane through if aomething is sucking on the other side. So i have to have that. Im thinking about leaving tjat part on the house and trying to take off that other pressure reducer, hopefully that will allow enough propane through to where ot doesnt die out. Major pain.

I can hear it leaking pressure. It was wet/moist under the cap but I cant see where it is coming from. Called a guy I did some carpentry for to see about getting a part sooner. We will see.
@ticktickboom4204 ай бұрын
Thank you sir. Was about to remove the whole top until I saw this. Between the hoses there is a clip that you must release after you remove screws. The hinge point just popped out after a bit of force.
