You actually shouldnt ever try to clean your charging port yourself. If you arent using the tool that was made to clean it, you can risk the chance of breaking the little pins on the inside of your charger port. Then your phone wont charge anymore and you'll have to get it fixed or get a new phone.

Yes true, don’t clean android charging port they are sensitive. iPhone charging port is different from typical one. Do not use cleaner that is bigger than the pin. 📌. If your charging port is going to get swap out, wouldn’t hurt to clean it before paying someone to pull it and replace it.

I bought a 2012 pilot, and the dealer said it doesn't open. It doesn't open from the remote, but I was able to open it with the button after owning the suv for almost a year. I rarely used it when I had a crv, and I probably won't use it much, but it's nice to know it's there in case I need it.
