With the glasses. Looking down when reading should work correctly. And adjust glasses up and down just a little on your nose can make a difference. I have 2 different parent and they work great. Just have to adjust on your face and only look down for the reading

The reason I suggested napkins over tissue paper is because they are multi layer and may not rip so easily but even with tissue paper I would suggest a small nail to poke the original hole because the sharp point may cause less ripping
