Hi. I have 1978 15 hp evinrude. The an issue is that hihest rpm at wot only 3500. I found that butterfly is not in horizontal pistion when at wot. How it can be corrected? 2 bolts on a cam allow only set lynk with cam follower to match arrow with roller. I can move cam follower by finger to make butterfly horizontal.

It's the logical choice for most applications of transportation, no carbon build ups, lower emissions, longer oil change intervals, fewer fuel related isues or repairs. Doesn't go bad over time like gasoline does especially with high ethanol content

I had classic symptom of a bad fuel pump, carburator bowl was not filling after a minute or two of running. I replaced with a new pump. Now cannot get fuel to flow through the pump. When I prime the system with the squeeze bulb at the tank, fuel is blocked at the new pump. Pulling the starter cord does not help. This is a johnson 35 hp 1984.

The Amazon carb kits are only good for the gaskets, float and packing. The inlet needle seat never has the correct threads and the bowl gaskets MELT.
