Awesome work, sounds great and making good power. Finally got a good recommendation from the algorithm for once. Just run through the car make sure it’s all solid, pressure test, bleed coolant check compression etc etc

52-57psi of oil pressure on an ice cold engine is a little scary. Should easily be 80-90psi.

I'm having a wierd issue. Lost compression equally on all 4 cylinders. MAP is throwing a code. Swapped to a new MAP sensor. Same issue. All this after installing 2 450s in a radium hangar & re-wiring? Is that a tuning issue?

If you lost compression on all 4 cylinders you have a bigger problem than a MAP sensor or fueling bro…

No those things don’t tie today or unless for 1. The issue was already there for low compression. 2. You swapped pumped and joy ride the car without tuning it testing it out ran rich and washed the cylinders where rings can’t seal anymore.

@@thenomadtrader1142 test the cylinders, add at least a cap of oil to one and re test that one. If you get some type of compression it’s your rings. If not then check ya head

I think everyone is happy mainly because a 2JZ in a Mk3 Supra is NO JOKE; all around win (affordable than a mk4, still a grand tourer feel and comfort, performance that rivals even today, etc).

VE and boost curves represent the air flow through the engine; where there is air, there must be fuel to match….hence why the torque curves match them.

Calibration is foundational: 1 Hardware 2 Software 3 calibration First need to ensure the hardware is set up correctly (timing, wiring, etc). Then ensure software is correctly taking inputs (sensors) and outputs (actuators) correctly. Then, ensure timing lights and injector flow data fuel tables are set up correctly (usually comes with the injectors when purchased). Once these foundations are set, then VE and Spark maps can be dialed in…

ECUMaster software had 1 cranking fuel table for both set of maps (E85 and 93oct); I used to be too rich on 93 startups and and too lean on E85 startups. Hopefully, the software has updated since to offer two separate cranking fuel tables…

This setup has a TurboSmart Hyper gate on it and held boost perfectly. TurboSmart stuff is amazing
