I know this is a couple years late, but what was it like? I've always gone to Disney as a kid and now that I'm starting college I am looking into the DCP. Disney is my childhood but how do they treat their employees and most importantly, did you enjoy the DCP?

Hey! I’m also in merchandise and just found out that I’m allocated to Main Street East! My program starts in May and it’s a 2months program for me. Can you tell me if cep cast members who were there just for 2months were also working for 50 hours?

Considering applying, but I have monthly bill payments of like $400, so not sure if I would have enough to pay rent, make those payments and have money for groceries. Probably wouldn't have any spending money in the parks but I could survive that lol.

honestly it was so fun and I would do the program again in a heartbeat! I think people who have an awful experience forget that they are technically moving for a job and it comes with all of the responsibilities and challenges that any job has!
