Hi there, may I ask a question? I still don't understand how you remove the undercoat in the video since I only see you used the hose with nozzle to spray water on his coat and bunch of them dropping off so quick and easy. could you please explain to me a bit more on this? is it the conditioner or the shampoo that helps getting the undercoat out, or is it just the nozzle doing its work?

I love watching your videos and the one who's owners who didn't want their dog shaved and would of been better for the dog.i cried when they took that poor dog home with really bad mates.And you are so good at your job and I love how you talk to them.And your own dog is so gorgeous.
