Hey Matt, it's funny because it simultaneously was a big decision and it wasn't. I was much more nervous leading up to the first cut and beginning the shave than I was while I was actually doing it. On the one hand, there's no going back if I don't like it but on the other, it's just hair and it grows back. I also knew I'd always wanted to do this and didn't want to be an old lady wishing I'd shaved my head back when, so once I went through with the decision, the shaving was actually kind of calming. Any nervousness during was in not wanting it to take an hour and just wanting it to be done lol.

Many of my family members were aghast, too. :/ Hair grows back! And it's better to have someone use that hair than just cut it and throw it away. Mine grows fairly quickly so it will be that long again in another 5ish years! :)

I knoow. lol. Excuse that error- I was nervous. At minute 2 of Part 2, I admit that I wasn't sure exactly which way the grain went past the back of my head. Thank you! It definitely feels very nice not having to worry about hair upkeep.

@@ggtamayo I have SO many reasons to do it but one big reason why not: Other people! I'm not insecure about myself, but I 'm a bit afraid I wouldn't find a job or man...
