Runaan's is such a classic tech on Senna, considering it reduces your Q cooldown 3x as much on auto attacks. IMO the go-to build at the moment on her (14.17 after the enchanter build nerfs) is Cleaver > Helia > Runaan's > Flexible pick based on comp/matchups. You shred the whole enemy team from the back of the teamfight, you activate 2x Helia on every auto attack and your Q is up every 3 seconds. You can even go 4th item IE if your team needs another damage dealer. I do want to experiment with Manamune to see how it performs in the current patch but haven't got around to playing with it yet. It used to be a core item on her and it's still got great synergy.

Elise needs a rework. Mb keep cacoon but change human q to spider form and give it a debuf rather than an execute. Spiders bite their prey many times and widdlw them down while their venom works

I've been doing ap graves for a while, if you don't fall behind, you can do 40-50% dmg to adc with 3 items (luden,shadowflame,zakzak) I hope they buff its cd (not happening) or ap ratio at some point.
