This specific model has two transmissions that were seized. We pulled the engine out and gave away the rest because we didn’t want to deal with it.

The transaxle is very sensitive to any dirt and/or any debris. That is why there is the foam insert in the fill. CLEAN YOUR MACHINE before attempting this. Blow off, or rinse and dry, if you don't have access to compressed air. It's a total waste of time if you allow contaminants into the system.

Depending on the time of year, they like sugary food or savory food. I have successfully used chicken and beef when they are in the mood for meat.

There is a piece on each side that bolts to the frame and another piece on each side that fits into the hood pieces. All of those pieces can be ordered if broken. Just google Cub Cadet and have your model number ready.

Could you tell me what size belt you used? I shredded mine. I did some online research that told me i needed one that was 1/2x114 and its WAY too long lol. Your video was super helpful i should have no problem getting the correct size belt on.

It totally depends on the mower deck. There are various 38inch decks with different length belts. Is yours identical to mine?

Thanks! I just added overflow tubes to the bowls and am waiting on the fuel rail o rings to arrive prior to completely rebuilding the carbs. Hopefully this will be going strong within the month!
