It was my Great Great Grandparents who owned it beforehand. establishing the wonderful gardens, the second story, verandah and the tower.

Pakington street is the loygon street of Geelong great shop, café, Newtown pakington street great to my favourite are winters café & sticke and grace and bord and bred bakehouse Newtown and Guzman and Geelong fresh foods & v&r fresh food market and le fournil French bakery Geelong west, and Pakington street is live street of Geelong and it great all year rolled all season.
