Same here, I’ve gotten several stacks of 100 with the BEP straps still on them from the Chase bank near me. I asked why that one branch always seems to have plenty. They told me that a lot of their customers are from an Asian part of town and they find them lucky so they try to keep a lot on hand. There especially popular during the Chinese New Year as they give them as gifts. If you have an Asian area in your town you may want to try some of those banks.
