My favorite Thanksgiving/Christmas time movie.

I live in a rural town that has some pretty harsh winters......We're talking 50-60 below......without wind chill! So, when this movie came to our theater, and this scene came up, the moment she said "How bad could it be?" everyone started chuckling, and then burst into laughter when she said "HOLY MOTHER-!" because believe me! We could relate perfectly!

THis movie is fabulous! The full moovie was on YT free...and it got taken down, dang it. Harry Conick Jr and also Sobian fallon were great...butthen the entire cast was too. You gotta see it..HBO shows it a lot.

This is hilarious. I grew up in Minnesota and have actually heard people scoff about the stories of how cold it is. And then ... laughed as they experienced it firsthand. My other favorite scene from this movie took place in the car, when the Minnesotan is putting Renee through the third degree (politely, of course, because, well, "Minnesota Nice"). She says to Renee's character, "Do you mind if I ask you a personal question ?" to which Renee's character answers, "Isn't that what you've *been* doing ?" lol The following conversation makes me laugh out loud every time and the answer she gives is a classic one-liner in my home now. hahaha :)
