This device tells you where your belt tension is at, not where the tension needs to be.

this laser systems is applicable for parrallel cylinder allingnment checking purpose for prnting industry..

Seriously not - it Vision and has not the precision needed at all for modern machines requirements. Its a check up system in low limits - is not an alignment tool.

Great video! We use this meter where I work for tensioning belts. My question is, how accurate is it in a very noisy environment? Will plugging the microphone in after turning on the machine eliminate outside noise or just offset the effect? Thanks in advance!

I love this technology! My Ducati desmoquattro evoluzione uses a cam timing belt system that needs to be tensioned using this method. Great little tool!
