What is the difference between 0,03 lashes and the thicker ones? I mean when do you use thin ones?

0.03 lashes are typically used as volume fans because you grab a few at a time to make a fan vs. the thicker ones, which are usually 0.10 or higher and you use a single one at a time for a classic set. Hope this helps!

Yes! Our matte flat lashes have a split tip to give the appearance of more lashes for a fuller look! But still one lash extension per natural lash

Hey Yegi, for blonde or red haired clients I like to use green tape or black eye pads too, but when using green tape turn your lights to warmer setting for a yellow hue to brighten the green tape and it will cast a shadow over the light colored lashes making the lashes appear darker. What do you advise for glue for menopausal causing sweating face, lids & brow? I had extensions for the first time, the lashes almost all fell out within 5 days. Technician not accepting responsibility???

Hey Colleen! The quick fall out can be from a number of things. Can you tell me more about your aftercare? If you are finding yourself sweating more, you may need to clean your eyes more often. However, it's not always the client. Have you had issues with the glue and application of the lash artist in the past?

Absolutely! I use the regular sharpie fine point pens or you can use felt pens. I love using the blue sensitive tape to tape back the lashes, or you can use an under eye patch.

Can you please comment on the neck pain or/and back pain as the result of sitting for hours bending down to work on lashes?

Stretching is so important! And adjusting your set up to be more comfortable helps. You want to make sure your table is high enough and that you are using a chair that allows you to have your feet flat on the ground and your knees at a 90 degree angle.

Glad you found it helpful! Another trick for lighter lashes that I've heard is black tape instead of white. Can be work a try to help you isolate! Otherwise make sure you have really great lighting and that you move your bed as close as possible to you (as much as is comfortable) and wear magnifying glasses for the best view of the lashes.

Great video, I usually detach the tape on a clean surface before taping the lashes back so they don't stick to the lashes. The colors were so pretty!!❤❤

Hey, I was wondering what is the rule of thumb for how long of an extension you can place on the client? I was taught 2-3 mm longer than the natural but some clients want them longer

Most basic rule of thumb is no more than double the length or double the thickness of the lash. However, use your best judgement! If they have really weak or damaged lashes, try not to go too long or too thick to avoid any damage!

Classics are a great place to start! However, I recommend getting into both classic and volume, even if it's just with pre-made or easy fanning volume lashes so you can start building that muscle memory as soon as you can. It's also great for building clientele to offer a variety of styles.

Would you say it’s faster to complete a classic or a hybrid?

Generally Classic will be faster and easier than a hybrid set, especially if you are handmaking your own fans. However, if your client has more difficult lashes or they're more curly or are pointing in different directions, it may be more difficult to do a classic set since all the lashes have to be placed in the same direction for it to look nice and clean.
