Yet soviet union made all this and was the first to space. Making products is nothing, its just good project management, a single company can make a complete product without having an internal free market. It was called palace economy 1000s of years ago. The important thing is society and how we live in the new world, everytime there is change millions of people benifit and millions lose and it more complicated than this. For example in the current money system we cannot pay workers enough wages because it will cause inflation and similarly taxation which is theft is a nessecery in capitalism to keep the value of the worthless paper. These are called contradictions and the difference between communism and all the other systems is that we slowly get rid of these contradictions instead of increasing them.
