The view may be worth an internal remodel. The flow is off around the casita, billiards, media. And of course a fence. That is too dangerous right now. Pool should be removed.

Nice home. I agree with you and the others. Blue Heron is awesome. This home is a good example of. Modern style often looks like a medical dental clinic. To bad no night shot of the view. Even a stock photo from the builder. Love the master price?
