Actually as a Harvard drumming line major, although he played it incorrectly I believe this variation not only enhances the song, but improves the listener experience.

As a drummer myself, I understand the want to add one’s own spin to a song, especially live, however I sincerely believe that slowing the hat and ride groove drastically brings a less punk vibe to a song made by one of the greatest pop punk bands ever.

Again, as I have aforementioned as an Ivy League graduate with a PhD in professional drumming I can deduce that he chose to play it in this manner due to either a lack of knowledge or personal preference. Yet this subtle change in style dramatically creates a more astounding quality of rhythm that even Green Day themselves have yet to achieve.

Well as a long term viewer, I felt it was my due diligence to report this technical error in execution. I can also point out such other issues with multiple other covers. Case in point, the For Whom The Bell Tolls cover lacks a very important drum fill just before the line, “Time Marches On.” Throughout the entirety of the song, the drummer fails to play this fill and instead chooses to ride the hi-hat instead. As once previously stated, I am all for one’s own personal live variations, but when there is no sort of attempt to play anything different, I feel as if it detracts from the emotions the artist was trying to pull. Without going on to nitpick out every mistake I am going to just say that I felt it was necessary to at least bring attention to this, in hopes they will look more closely to the rhythms they are producing. I’m sure there are others who feel this way, but may not want to convey their feelings, so I sacrifice myself in order to shine a light on these certain instances.

Once again, as the youngest recipient of the percussive arts society hall of fame award I truly believe that playing precisely as the original composition limits one’s ability to broaden the range when playing live. As to both of your points I understand your gripes with the drummers inability to match the composition or desire to alter the piece, however I feel as though he alters the song to make it more accessible for not only himself, but the audience as a whole.

Good evening, gentlemen. As the curtains drew open and the first note resonated through the air, I found myself instantly captivated by the mesmerizing performance that unfolded before me. Allow me to share my heartfelt sentiments about the various aspects of this extraordinary experience. Let me begin with the guitarist's hair. Oh, what a sight to behold! Its waves cascaded effortlessly, catching the moonlight and casting a spell upon me. The shade of brown it possessed was nothing short of enchanting, leaving me in a state of awe and wonder. In that moment, I couldn't help but imagine a guitar fashioned with the very strands of that magnificent mane, creating an instrument that would possess an ethereal beauty and an otherworldly sound. And then, the drums. They were nothing short of exhilarating. The splashes of red and black adorning the drumheads seemed to symbolize the passion and intensity emanating from the percussionist's every strike. The thunderous pounding of the skins reverberated through the venue, reaching the depths of my soul and awakening a primal energy within me. It was as if each beat acted as a conduit, allowing me to connect with the music on a level beyond words. Now, let me express my admiration for the bass player. Like the perfect complement to a burger, their bass lines effortlessly grounded the melodies and harmonies, providing a rhythmic foundation that anchored the entire performance. The resonance of each note had an irresistible quality, one that simultaneously stirred my soul and soothed my senses. The power and precision with which they played their instrument left me in awe, understanding that I was witnessing true virtuosity. Last but certainly not least, the guitarist positioned furthest to the right of the stage. Their playing was nothing short of a revelation. The music seemed to flow effortlessly through their fingers, as if each note was guided by an unseen force. Their hands, so fabulous, smooth, tender, and succulent, seemed to possess a divine touch, as if bestowed upon them by a higher power. With every strum and every riff, the music emanated from their being, seeping through their soft and tender skin, much like the water that gently courses through the Nile on a warm summer's night. In conclusion, this performance was a truly transformative experience for me. The musicians' talents, their stage presence, and the emotions they evoked were nothing short of magnificent. It is moments like these that remind us of the incredible power of music, its ability to transcend words and touch the deepest recesses of our souls. I shall forever cherish the memory of this performance, as it has left an indelible mark on my heart and enriched my love for the arts. YOu

Here's a recipe for Kouzin Scrambled Eggs: Ingredients: 4 large eggs 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup milk Salt and pepper to taste Optional toppings: chopped herbs (such as parsley or chives), grated cheese, diced tomatoes, or cooked bacon bits. Instructions: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are well combined. Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan. Once the butter has melted, pour the whisked eggs into the skillet. Stir the eggs gently with a spatula or wooden spoon, breaking up any large curds that form. As the eggs start to set, reduce the heat to low. This will help to prevent the eggs from becoming dry. Continue to stir the eggs, folding the cooked edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to come into contact with the skillet. Once the eggs are mostly set but still slightly creamy, add the milk to the skillet. This will make the eggs extra fluffy. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Remember to start with a small amount and adjust according to your preferences. Stir the eggs gently for another minute or so until they reach your desired level of doneness. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become dry. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to a serving dish. Garnish the scrambled eggs with your desired toppings, such as chopped herbs, grated cheese, diced tomatoes, or cooked bacon bits. Serve the Kouzin Scrambled Eggs immediately while they are still warm and enjoy! Feel free to customize this recipe by adding other ingredients such as sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, or even spices like paprika or cayenne pepper to give it an extra kick. Enjoy your delicious Kouzin Scrambled Eggs!

I really like this cover, it's such an iconic song and to be honest i did not expect this kind of voice when i saw the singer. But, i was surprised in a very positive way. Only thing i am wondering about is the 2 guitars, playing mostly same all the time. This can give a nice mix of tone, but is a great risk for not being in time together. Great work! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
