What titles have you ever won? Just out of curiosity! The strokes are amazing. I just wanna know if you ever want any big tournaments?

So good. Had exactly the wrist issue. Solved in a matter of minutes and got rid of tennis elbow at the same time. You can imagine the stress of using wrist. <3

In order to get a lateral tilt you must get into a side bend. Your left dominant shoulder has nothing to do with it

Hey bro, when are you releasing more courses? Your forehand blueprint has turned my forehand into my main weapon after nothing else worked (4.5 or 5 NTRP). The footwork course was the cherry on top. Waiting on serve masterclasses, as well as mental game and strategy. For nos these vids are filled with great content! 😎👍🐬

Grant, I think most rec players can follow and generate power. They implement this then proceed to hit mostly out or into the net. The question they need answered is: how do I generate power while hitting consistently in

I lost the „right feeling“ for my serve changing from indoor to outdoor 3 weeks ago, was almost losing hope, studied this video yesterday evening, repeating the movements in my kitchen (cautiously, ceiling…), went to the court today and my serve was back! THANK YOU 🤩🤩

Far back is not wrong, people like Naomi Osaka and Halep do that
@mrwasheewashee9 күн бұрын
Doesn't it take too much time
@logicrule9 күн бұрын
@mrwasheewashee it's all about early preparation and timing, as well as the contact is usually closer to the body for people with bigger swing, as in not as far in front...really depends on each individual and their own unique biomechanics... like a factor would be the carrying angle affecting how different people generate power, straight or bent arm etc...

No comparto la última parte del vídeo. La apertura de la raqueta y la parte del "lag" se genera por la rotación de la cadera que es empujada por los músculos posteriores con el avance del tobillo en su biomecánica de empuje
