Hey bro, im in mid game and im trying to find some good armour. Some people said i can kill mercenaries to get some good armour but theres any way to buy it or obtain some armour from mercenaries?

I gotta say the last 2 commands were the life saver for me - cause i couldnt believe how dark nights were by default even with huge ass Full Moon above my head :D shaders on their own are too finnicky and can break the whole look of the game if you tweak some options too much one way or another. totally gonna send people here if anyone gonna be asking for "solving the dark nights" problem

Back then when labs(entrance free btw no card needed) came out shoreline was my favorite map due to everyone flock to labs for easy cash and pvp that leaves shoreline empty and other maps semi dead too you just walk in loot chill maybe pvp a little it's fun overall, I walked from the resort and loot the whole map too if given due to back then raid timer for shore was set to 60 minute or 1 hour then exfil via boat if it isn't there UN exit if it's open rock passage(rarely exfil there) or just walk the basic exfil given. but now idk about other servers but asia one in particular shoreline is a cheater's haven night n morning makes you don't even wanna play it, in every raid you'll probably get 1 cheater or 2 which they go in wipe everyone or accompany some dumbass who paid for a carry loot resort n whoosh gone make you feel so demoralize to continue playing.I rather deal with hatchling least they provide you kill requirement for your quest than people who cheats but streamer and the pvp nerds always bitch about not meeting people to fight in end game,due to the fact people quit cause of reaching 42 0 reasons left to play.Anyways that's enough rant lol my bad

I love this map. I can kinda understand why people dont like it. For me its just the chillest map, i buy sj6 run to resort, kill everyone and loot every key room and make millions. Getting sanitar is a nice boost in xp too and hes very easy. Sometimes i dont see a single person the whole raid i go to resort and its just completely dead. Its like this for multiple raids in a row too. Ive had nights where i run shoreline 4 times and run into 1 group. Free af loot. Im not even speed looting i check most rooms, and even all the duffels in west resort basement. Will hit admin a lot too for computer and safe loot. Take my time cuz the pvp in resort is really enjoyable i dont mind running into the laid raid resort goers. Usually questers tryna avoid the early resort fights. I love that close range room to room action, and also the occasional mid range fight you get shooting someone outside or at the end of a long hallway. Its always fast and rewarding. I always pop an obdolbos 2 if im heavy and extract quickly to minimize my time outside resort cuz i dont really like the map other than resort. Swamp and village are really good barter loot too and im pretty sure you could loot them both and extract path to lighthouse at no risk over and over again for consistent easy money. i love the map and make so much money and good moments there. Never hurting for roubles cuz of shoreline.

The rats are not the reason people hate this map in perticular, that's reserve and interchange. sureline there's hardly any rats that camp exits, they mostly camp taped or other rooms xD and if you hate a map because of rats you're the problem. Because reserve has harmetic, red rebel and no backpack extract and it's pathetic to no go a map because you don't know it or because the only extraction you ever want to go is D2

I found several exoskeleton in Gamma , but safly i did not had the book to male the Exo repairing kit...today i went for scouting purposes on Limansk and dropped the book; quickly run back to Rostok , fixed the Mercenary Exoskeleton+ Exo-Helm Just to find out Is worse than my Military Exosuit+ Apocalypse Helm...the difference was huge and was very expensive to repair. When i said Huge difference i am only talking about BR and Rapture, with BR capped +Chimera Hide to overcap BR when the armor or Helm has been damaged and Rapture was enough on both Helm and armor (cause i tested It on truck cemetery vs double Lurker , 5 shots to kill me). I was so excited about finally crafting/fixing my own Exoskeleton but in reality i prefer my setup...and my Carry Weight with a solid 143kg carry Weight and more than 47kg available for loot . Maybe if i can put my hands on a Monolith Exoskeleton i change my mind but i am pretty much at the end of story mode and i dont see why should i invest time and resources on Exo . That's my personal opinion about armor( honestly we fight humans 95% of the time and BR Is critically important the closest to North i move)

this looks and feels a lot like rebalance has been done here. to be frank, i only ever played the 3 og stalkers, clear sky most of the time and i remember that you were able to build a almost unkillable machine with the exo suit and the right combination of artefacts. from what i see in gamma, it feels like they wanted to create a triad and get rid of a jack of all trades. you can have good A, but then B and C will suffer. which i get, from the project perspective since it aimes to a be hardcore experience but that only leads to always having a selection of suits with you or forced you to walk all the way back to your loot chest and get the right armor for the right job, which, to me, feels like a chor and busywork, for the sake of realism. but i guess, its hard to find the right balance between realism, gameplay flow and balance and its a question of whats important to you, as the dev
