He's a coastal brown bear at Brooks Falls, AK. Not on Kodiak, but 747 probably rivals them in size/weight. If you go to the explore.org link in the blurb it will take you to the live cam to watch them live. He's been showing up in the morning and evenings (AK time). More bears are arriving including he size competitor 32 chunk. :)

i think he chased the fish which could be seen at 0:26 poking out of the water between camera and the bear
