Probably a dead cell. Also after charging check with a multimeter. Then next morning to see if it still has the same voltage or it discharged. If the fuse was blown it wouldn't even start

Under the seat there is a switch for remote or pedal. It’s covered with a white plastic with screws. Took me awhile to figure out but works now.
