All electronics branches have a good scope. It depends on the college but even so I would advise choosing a core branch over specialization.

They have many indian employees as well. You may have to traverse a tougher and more complicated path to get there ig. If you pursue masters abroad, the path might be a little easier.

Yes bro, ECS is a specialization branch. It is good but in bachelors level, you should go for general core branches so it is easier for you to choose from a broader pool of specialization for masters.

Prefer older IITs like Delhi, Bombay, Madras, Kanpur, Guwahati, Roorkee and Varanasi. New ones are also great but they don’t have as strong alumni network.

@@Nishant.Bhaiya Brother, my father have 31000 loan have 50000 salary, but I don't have idea about future of robotics, whereas I have interest in AI and ml, where I am also practising ml from 1 year and have good command as I don't have good marks in class12, I am 2023 passed out. Can I get a job with robotics degree in AI ml workspace, as today is the last date of counselling. Govt college fees is around 1500 rs and private is a around lakh a year

Sem 3 ECE Student here I will try to cover syllabus here 2 parts 1) Electronics : System Design (common in CSE too) , C,C++ (common in CSE too as it is hardware based language) , Network theory (RLC circuits AC,DC) , VLSI ( Circuit designing for Chips and Advanced smaal sized circuits) , Embbed systems (mostly used for firmware devices) , Microcontroller and Microprocessor (miniature circuits generally programmable for various use cases), python for automation , IOT for internet or smart devices Communication part : All types of communication : (Satellite , 5G , Radio waves or microwaves , Radar , Sonar , Telecommunication), Control theory (subject for optimising the electric systems and communication systems) Answers to some questions : 1) Can i go for software roles ? Ans :) yes with enough coding skills Initial pay might be less due to ECE but you can get it 2) Can i hope for good college placements ? Ans :( Sadly , no because acquirng skills in ECE is harder than CSE/IT and initial pay is going to be less than CSE/IT based roles Unless you are from NIT, IIT or IIIT You cant get good placements (My college has 3-4LPA as fresher) (CS IT has 6-8LPA) (I am from State govt engg college after scoring 84% in boards and state entrance exams) 3) How is course Syllabus ? If math is weak can i do it? Ans :( Sadly no . This branch is purely based on Maths , Electrical Physics , Semiconductors and Analog and digital based devices. The course is lengthy and harder than CSE/IT. If maths is weak you gonna fail. Try to make it great in first year itself. (First year Math is enough for 4 years)
