@@FerousFolly that sounds so wrong. The responsible landlord should be doing everything they can to keep the tenants happy. It’s good for both parties. Like I said in the video, there are pros and cons to both. Being able to fix stuff when you need to is great, but it often comes at great expense. Owning a house is definitely not cheap.

@@DerekChaiMedia I agree, but landlords hold disproportionate power in the situation as tennants are far more replacable than a roof over one's head, _especially_ in a rental housing crisis, and are thus under considerably reduced obligation to comply with ethics or law.

@@FerousFolly that is also very true. Because right now the demand significantly outstrips supply. However home ownership is also not a bed of roses. The cost of renovation / repair has skyrocketed. People in big cities are paying over a million for a home they can’t even live in and have to spend another million to make it liveable. It puts so much pressure on everyone. And when interest rates go up, it almost kills them because they’ve had to stretch themselves really thin to even get their foot in the door. I don’t envy either party. It’s not easy that’s for sure. And it is unfortunate but a reality that when there is such high demand, owners will always try to make more money. They will raise rents, cut costs. Tenant satisfaction is sometimes not even a consideration

They definitely know they can do whatever they want cause employers are desperate for ANYONE to show up , especially in nursing homes...it's difficult. They have lowered their standards everywhere though it seems. I send them home , willing to do their work for the night to get them out of this place with vulnerable people feeling uneasy with them. Only for my employer to have them back the next night disrespecting me

That makes it so hard for you. Some people are not appreciative of the fact that they actually have work. We live in a very entitled society

Hi. I don't own the Action 2.Having owned the Go3 (not S at this stage), the image quality is decent but it's only 2.7K. The Go3S at 4K I would say would be loads better, and it would make a great POV camera. It's small, but feels super-rugged for what it is (not as much as say Osmo Action 4 or a GoPro). I think it would be a great camera. If you're referring to the Action 2 with all the magnetic attachments etc, I would want to check out the build quality and how everything physically attaches. I've read there are issues with overheating. In terms of 4K, most people probably wouldn't see a significant different. Bear in mind that both cameras are likely to struggle in low light due to small sensor size.

I have no doubt the Go3S is a great camera. The Go3 is great, unless you need the higher resolution to crop. My philosophy is IF it’s financially affordable, go with the higher spec because it will last longer and make you happy for longer. I’ve had a lot of regrets when it comes to settling for lower spec tech- I usually hate it and end up buying the one I actually want anyway. My advice to everyone who is in this position is if you can’t afford the tech you actually want, save up until you can rather than settle. Have a great day

Thank you for your comment. My point in this video is that 4K should be the standard for cameras in 2023. It is definitely a logical step that with each new release the specs get better. It’s not like there are very few 4K cameras. Even front facing cameras on phones can shoot 4K now. Every other Insta360 camera is capable of shooting in 4K. That’s just my 0.02c. Have a great day

Oh no! I hate it when that happens. I treat my tech / stuff as best I can, and when things like this happen, I get some upset. It’s like I want to throw that one out and buy a new one straight away (of course I don’t 😂). I have to keep reminding myself that it still works the same, even if there is a scratch / scuff on it. Keep emptying your camera, and make great memories.
