I do stupid stuff One day i just randomly had to lift my head and shoulders like it is shown here while laying down and doing a little competition on how long i can hold it. And let me tell you i was in PAIN for three days straight 😅

Oh wow...I noticed that you can cross your pinky toe over your 4th toe! I practice reflexology and this is something that I look for in very flexible feet! Can I contact you to talk further?

You are welcome! I love this exercise also for core strength, low back and shoulder stability. The positive effect on the neck helps build support for the head/neck region. A wonderful exercise for posture, and minor neck discomfort.

Glad you liked it!! I love this exercise a lot. It stabilises the low back, lengthen the hip flexor, strengthen the hip extensors, as well as neck muscles. Almost full body:)

Good choice, working your hip flexor can, believe it or not, release the tightness, and the result is increased flexibility during hip extension! Thank you for your feedback!
