I have cysts that I have had since I was a teenager. The doctor said I needed a biopsy like a needed a hole in my head as he said they were fibrocystic breast disease the same as my mother had. Now, I'm much older and have had 4 children. These same cysts are there but are larger since having nursed all 4 kids. They are more easily found too now that I'm older and my breasts are less dense. Sometimes they bother me, other times not so much. I don't know if it would even be wise to mess with them at all. Sometimes, less is more.

Maybe u can write a freind of mine, more of a penpal, she's 25, just had a baby and found out the other day that she has 5 cysts in her breast, one is 5cm the other is 3cm, she's sooo scared, I do what I can which ain't much but I've talked to her for a couple years. She is amazing, anyways IF u don't mind reaching out to her it would help her so much but if not than it's ok I understand

Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

I have the FBN1 gene mutation but have the unknown significance. Now being tested to see if I have B.C. Not sure if this corresponds with this gene, or not. Maybe need to have the multiple gene test done.

Diagnosed with Fibrocystic breast. I need to find a Dr that does ultrasound in CHARLOTTE. Another Dr said it was a solid mass and should come out. The US should show if it's a cyst. Skipped diagnostic mamo didn't want breast compression

I feel shoulder's pain , breast pain even brain pain even abdominal pain also throat pain I didn't know what should I do ??? I did ECG before three months , abdominal ultrasound all test were clear ,also feel eyes pain what should I ??? Should I use vitamin capsule's??? For this ?? Even my eyes test is clear but facing dry eyes . @Shehroz Rajput I saw a video that said if a guy has large breast area, it is too much estrogen... Things like soy and seed oils which are high in omega 6 are a huge contributer to the problem. Im not a doctor, but you can learn a lot from Dr Berry and Dr Berg on youtube. And research carnivore diet by watching Dr Berry, Dr Chaffe, Dr Savino, Jordan Peterson, Dante Ferrigno and anyone else that supports the diet. Ive been on it for 9 months and it has helped pain and inflammation a lot for me... And same with other family and friends of mine. Good luck and God bless!

@@honkaigenshingirl9576 - my skin involvement didn't look like a bruise so much, it actually looked sunburnt and I had some dimpling. I found an enlarged lymph node in my armpit early on but it didn't cause me pain. (It got a bit tender but I think that was from me poking at it checking for changes while I waited for my biopsy appointment. ) I can't really say whether your symptoms are IBC, but I would be cautious and have it checked out. And I hope you can be seen quickly and that your mind is put at ease with an easily treatable diagnosis. If it is IBC, please be mindful there are new treatments all the time . Best wishes and stay hopeful.

@@Divyas-rock - I'm sorry you are having to worry about this. As I said, pain was one of my earliest symptoms, and although I didn't have anything that would be described as a lump, there was some hardening of some of my breast tissue. I soon found an enlarged lymph node in my armpit and by the time I was seen for my biopsy, the skin on my breast was red - it looked burnt - and my nipple had inverted. If I was you (and knowing what I know now) I would take my concerns to a GP - along with some online info about IBC - some doctors have never come across a case and don't always know what to look for.
