How about patients that had a previous syphilis infection that has been treated and there's no serological evidence at the time of present admission, despite there being neuropsychiatric manifestations that could suggest neurosyphilis (cognitive decline, psychosis)? Is a CSF VDRL warranted in this situation?

sir, in that case of brachial plexopathy, although the left median amplitude was in normal range it was less than 50 %compared to rt side right.doesnt it show that median nerve is affected .
