Thank you! I don’t think it would scare children, the minimalist no eyes look is becoming more popular in the crochet community. It’s also nice because it doesn’t pose a choking hazard like safety eyes could. But I respect your opinion.

I use my stitch markers to secure them to the head where I want them to be. Then I just whip stitch into place. I know it’s not super helpful, sorry
