iT does depend on the shoes. The key is to measure the length of your foot and match that to the size on a style by style basis. My foot length is 10. That equates to a nine usually however it has also equated to an 8.5 and a 9.5. If you watch for that you should not have any issues.

It sounds like carpal tunnel. That’s how mine started. A good thing is carpal tunnel is reversible If you catch it in time you just have to wear a hand brace which you could buy at any Walmart or Walgreens.
