CIA funded? This guy constantly conflates true and false conspiracies, leaning on his prejudice that most conspiracies believed by "the people" are false (and too dumb for an exalted academic like him). In fact, the real challenge for people who are intelligent, well-informed, honest is to determine which conspiracies are true and false. In some cases, one is constrained to fall back on agnosticism (eg, the JFK assassination). Instead of focusing on this issue--the real issue--Mr. Academic is focused on mind control techniques to sway "the people" away from conspiracies that are either inherently dumb (flat earth) or true, but unacceptable to the elite (population replacement). In other words this is just an extension of modern bureaucratic mind control efforts that extend back to Lippmann's infamous book Public Opinion. The real problem, however, is the unaccountable, highly conspiratorial elite. This guy, Mr. Academic, works for them. Yes, another true conspiracy, a minnow in an ocean of conspiracies.

If I am correct these guys making autocorrect type of scheme for debugging and coding which sounds crazy but can be revolutionary and thus changing programming big time .I can be wrong 😅 if these guys are successful the software development will take half as much as the time needed .
