Hi microwave salmon all the time I smother with lemon butter and lemon pepper seasoning and put a microwave top on it to microwave it. It stays moist and it is delicious so I’m going to try this with some catfish never had catfish with lemon pepper, but I’m sure it will be good.

I have seen a number of comments on YT from people who say they routinely hit squirrels in the head with a .22 rifle with iron sights at 100 yards. I am somewhat skeptical since most front sights would completely cover a three inch diameter circle at that range. What do you think? Small game headshots taken at 100 yards with a .22 using iron sights, hand held, seem like something that is sheer luck or consistently done through superhuman marksmanship?

I used Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 a teaspoon of liquid smoke, marinated for 5 hours. Seasonings were fiesta steak seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, black pepper, added three sprigs of rosemary. Cooked on hi heat for two minutes per side After I cooked the steaks I sliced “not diced” half an onion, sliced two mushrooms, pressed four garlic cloves and sautéed in the same pan. Topped it with some green onion for garnish. Turned out excellent, thanks for this video. I have always eaten backstrap/tenderloin fried and this is an amazing change from what I’ve always done

Carp is Hella good, if it's not in a swampy pond I'll eat it..where you caught that's clean water and carp will not have that swampy smell..that's that nasty the swamp taste
