Good on you for giving it a go. Just some tips: 1) as someone else has noted avoid touching the red coil, scratch that and the watch is ruined 2) don't touch a batt with bare hands, use plastic tweezers or wipe clean with a cloth 3) don't use WD-40 with watches, use only silicone grease on seals etc.

Hi there i have the same machine as you but on my one the light is always red its not turning blue and no water is coming out .. Also the on/off power button is always blue but flashes all the time does yours doing the same or any advice on how to fix it ? That ll be much appreciated!

Clearly a softer rubber compound on those Yokohamas. They may not last quite as long but they possibly offer better levels of grip then those rock hard Michelin Energy. Another thing to note is that tyres will often wear slightly faster on the passenger side due to the fact they have to work harder on roundabouts.

My 90,000 Michelin defenders always dry rotted around 45,000 miles. 3 straight sets. I switched to Yokohama 740 GTX 60,000 tires and have gotten over 65,000 miles on the first set and could have kept going but I totaled the car after being break checked. 😢

A tip: when your unscrewing something near the coil TRY NOT TO SLIP if you SLIP and hit the coil you'll have a useless watch and will cost you more. When removing the oil ring or the gasket try not to use metal tools just use your nail or youll risk scarring it.
