I clicked on this just to confirm it wasn't an old salad. I have no interest in making soap. I'll buy soap from others, but I have no interest in making it. Watch how my feed will now be filled with videos about making soap.

First time I've seen someone add the FO as such an early pause when everything is so hot? Does it not evaporate or burn off?
@ForeverCleanSoapWorks2 күн бұрын
No, not very much. If I waited for it to cool down, it would be nearly impossible to incorporate. That's a pretty big batch and already hard to stir! Any evaporation is minimal.

is that pot ceramic or stainless steel?
@ForeverCleanSoapWorksАй бұрын
The crockpot? Just a regular crockpot. They don't last a long time, the lye will etch it. But it will work, just don't ever use it for food after that 😁
@michelevalletta3966Ай бұрын
@@ForeverCleanSoapWorks Hi, and what is the material of the container inside? The pot itself that touches the soap. Thank you for answering!
@ForeverCleanSoapWorksАй бұрын
@@michelevalletta3966 whatever crockpots are made of, not sure if you'd call it ceramic or not.

Hi I’m very new here to soap making, watching lots of videos. Could you please tell me what oils you use. I’m lucky enough to be given raw honey so I’d love to use it in a soap. With thanks
@ForeverCleanSoapWorksАй бұрын
Hi, sorry, I don't give out my recipe. But you can use pretty much any kind of oils or butters in your soap. Go to soap calc.net and check out what they have listed. Happy soaping!!

Now I'm so old back in the day I remember those long packages that had little individually wrapped English fizzies. I make soap but haven't ventured to bath bombs, are they the same?! ❤ It was such a treat when mama let me get them! Growing up in the 80's , I guess I'm not as old as Methuselah but I guess I can say I've made it to the top of the hill and going back down the other side❤😂 I so enjoy watching u!

I love to make salve and sometimes I whip my salve into a smooth balm/cream. I'm old fashioned and prefer my salve form! This looks great and arnica helps so much and with the added menthol my husband would absolutely love it for his arthritis ❤

Hopefully if it's cold process , the color will turn back to normal after saponification ❤
